The high second round pick is an undervalued asset waiting to be exploited. If I'm drafting #25, I'd look to trade down to #31 each and every time.

draft is luck...especially after the top 3.

what does this extra 2-3 mill of relief get?

The assumption is they can get another guy at the max and then a 10 mill guy.

But who is a legit 10 mill UFA this year? Only guy I can think of is David Lee. Is Hayward UFA?

I can't come up with the right combo of guys that add up to ~ 27 mill .... Lee + Boozer same is redundant, same with Amare

Maybe Lee + Joe Johnson? But is he really a SF or are they just gonna go massive in the back court?
