All things aside I think this deserves it's own thread since alot of the hate for Cole on this board has been because he's white (stereotype on white bigmen). I thought it would be interesting to see if you guys think this quote from Draftexpress is true?

@DraftExpress: Suspect that if Aldrich was black, but the same player he'd go in the top 5 easily.

This was followed by

DraftExpress That's not a racist statement. Just saying that the perceptions of Aldrich are clouded by the 7-foot white bust centers who came before him.
