Raps treating Weem's ankle?

With word that Sonny Weems is back in Toronto to get treatment on a sprained foot, the Raptors can use Weems, but he’s not on the roster and remains a restricted free agent after playing in Lithuania, leaving the country when proper rehab could not be secured.

I didn't read the article but does it specifically say that He's getting treated by the raptors?
or just in toronto?

Is it possible he still has a condo here? I would doubt it with what he was making. Team owns his rights and would have an interest in at least seeing what the situation is and potentially offering treatment.
If Raps somehow end up with Davis, TRob, or Drummond I would love to see Sonny come back as the third wing with DD and JJ.

I saw a tweet last night saying raptors are not allowed to treat him, simply evaluate. I'm guessing he is just in town to see how management feels about him.

For some reason he can't get his ankle treated over in Europe so he has to come back to North America:

It seems that Zalgiris wasn't able to treat him properly, although the specifics are still unclear. Hours later, Weems took to Facebook, as noted by TalkBasket.net:
"Back to the states to get right!!! Smh looks like I wont be walking anytime soon!!"

He sprained his ankle severely. I believe best recovery is rest and some minor procedures, but of course medical staff of NBA teams are better than Kauno Zalgiris medical staff and there was no reason to keep him now..

Not familiar with Lithuania, but if he cant get his ankle looked at, how can he get a pedicure?
