Well, this is my new home. Hopefully I won't be crossing my fingers that seven teams have to pass on him!

Don't even think we can get him at 7th/8th. Barnes haters must be happy.

Barnes would be a welcome addition. Based on need, I would take Barnes or Beal if there drop to 7th.

It depends on GSW because if they lose against Spurs tonight they will tie with us. It will be up to the coin toss to see which team goes 7th. If we end up with 8th and no one jumps in front of us on lottery day, then we will stay at 8th.

If we leapfrog the other teams on lottery day, then we will automatically jump into top 3.

Where's the "draft Anthony Davis thread?" :meditate:

THINK POSITIVE!!!

BTW, I'd be really happy if we can draft HB. :D

He's not a very good player but we'll most likely get him at 7-8.

BC picking Barnes would be the best best pick, back to back drafts of Val and Barnes would be amazing.

Wish we would still be in a position to draft him... but that's now probably out of reach. So depressed. He's not dropping to 7th. :(

He will not be around at 7 or 8. I think Cleveland takes him, and that is one of the reasons why they were smart enough to outank us the past month. They were chasing a playoff spot before March, and they smelled blood with our pathetic franchise, and came down from 13-14 to potentially 3 or 4, while our team went from 4th to 7-8. He will be gone.

Here I thought we were destined to get him.....I couldn't be more wrong.

Should of known it was Perry Jones since we love inconsistency.

We'll just have to pray that we get 7th first. If anything, pray for Lamb to have an amazing draft workout to boost his stock up. If Davis, T-Rob, MKG, Beal, Drummond and Lamb all go top 6, then we'll get Barnes. Yea, its ideal situation, though not likely to happen. Oh well.

I admit, the only reason I want Barnes if because of the early Kobe comparisons he had coming out of high school. even though his game isn't even comparable, that very slight chance he'll be half is good is enough for me. DRAFT HIM!
