Let me know what you think of the new poll, or if you have ideas for a new poll for the lucky 13th draft thread. I left out the likes of MKG/Beal because at this point, I doubt many Raptors fans would be unhappy if we wound up drafting them given our position.

If i was BC I would try to trade those 2 second rounders for a first rounder if a team is over the cap it may be possible .

The Indiana Pacers acquired George Hill from the San Antonio Spurs in exchange for the draft rights to 15th pick Kawhi Leonard, 42nd pick Dāvis Bertāns and the draft rights to Erazem Lorbek, the 46th pick in 2005.

We need to do something similar.

Wow they got Leonard with the 15th pick... Indiana knew they wanted Leonard bad and milked it. But still looks like a wicked trade for the Spurs.

The New Jersey Nets acquired the draft rights to 25th pick Marshon Brooks from the Boston Celtics in exchange for the draft rights to 27th pick JaJuan Johnson and a 2014 second-round draft pick.

This one is even better.

Draftexpress has Jae Crowder going 40th, nbadraft.net - undrafted. :))) Isn't this the definition of being underrated?

DraftExpress: His defense reminds of someone I know. RT @ShaneBattier: Jae Crowder from Marquette is fun to watch. Jack of all trades. Great player.

Even Battier thinks that Jae is a great player.

Is these DJ Odom's measurements from Draftexpress legit?
Height w/shoes 6' 3"
Wingspan 6' 6"

If being 6'4" and having 6'7" wingspan is bad than I am confused

If we don't end up getting BEAL, I seriously entertain trading down to take Dion Waiters. He may just be the best defensive 2 guard in the draft.

Smart player, athletically blessed, can shoot, and run with the best with them.

TO Houston
Raptors 8th pick, two 2nd rounders, Ed Davis

To Toronto
14th Pick (Waiters), and Kyle Lowry

I wouldn't even ask for the pick back. I'd take Lowry and run. He's young on a great deal and difference maker on both sides of the ball + its a position of need for us going fwd.

They will be looking to re-up Dragic, which makes Lowry available. When Dragic broke out, their board was talking nonsense about ONLY trading Lowry for Dwight LOL. Or a top 3.
Maybe their 16th pick makes more sense so they keep 8 & 14.

What are people thinking about T Jones? He looked good in the tournament. I imagine he's a player that would look good next to Bargs. Has an NBA body and is a team player. He seems to have dropped significantly from last years draft rankings. Is his up side seen as limited?
