I guess Melo would never fit in Toronto, not a character player.
In all seriousness, as someone who watched the game, Melo really lost his cool. Went 6/25 and tried to play hero ball and it did not work.

ETA: KG really is fake tough guy couldn't even stand up for his rookie.

KG got into his head. I don't like the way KG behaves on the court but Melo lost his cool and that cost his team a win. Note I'm not blaming it all on Melo, just saying a leader should act much more composed

Melo is an idiot. Anyone else think the Knicks are losing in the first round again? They're looking pretty vulnerable.
Avery Bradley is a stud. His D is incredible. Demar doesn't stand a chance against him.

After watching that game I feel bad as a Raptor fan. It seems like every game we play is insignificant and no one cares about our games. Almost like the national televised games or other "big match ups" are part of another league.

Knicks need Felton back, 20-8 with him, 3-3 without. Knicks have been riding JR and Melo way too much since without Felton they're the only guys that can create a shot. Once Felton and Shumpert get back and Stoudemire gets back into form, Knicks will be at least a tough 2nd round opponent.

Yep. Ed Davis seemed like the BPA at the time but Larry Sanders, Bledsoe, Bradley are all better and arguably even Patterson/Seraphin

Sheed is injured too. I may have overreacted a bit haha. They'll make it to the second round. I think that is a given because of their depth but unless Shumpert starts I don't think he's a difference maker

I am still unsure why folks call KG a "fake tough guy" (is it because it came from Oakley)?
The man has been playing physical for years and years and has been the most intense player since the beginning of time and has never backed down from anyone(Duncan, etc...)
His trash talk works against the best of them;
Where is the "fake tough guy" coming from?

In fairness, BC saw the talent in Bradley and was looking for an additional pick to draft him (same thing with Jrue Holiday) Let's not forget.
