The least favorable of Toronto's own 2014 2nd round pick (Top-36 Protected) and Sacramento's 2014 2nd round pick (provided Sacramento's pick is #31-#55) to Phoenix. What about a 3-way trade involving:
To Raptors: Thomas Robinson
To Houston: 1st Round Pick (from 3rd team) or a TPE
To 3rd Team (Utah, ATL, Detroit): Kyle Lowry
It allows Houston to free up more cap space, provides the third team a solid point guard on a cheap, expiring contract and it gives us a player to groom in a rebuilding season.

Id like to see up nab Austin Rivers while his value is low. Monta Ellis has a bad first year in the league as well. Rivers will be a great player at some point I think.

I think this scenario helps all teams involved while also allowing us to completely tear the roster down.
First and foremost, amnesty Bargnani.Trade 1: TOR/BKN/HOU
From TOR: Rudy Gay
To TOR: Kris Humphries (exp), Tyshawn Taylor, Marshon Brooks, Thomas Robinson, BKN 2013 Pick (22)
We cut out a massive salary for an expiring, young prospects and a pick.
From BKN: Kris Humphries, Tyshawn Taylor, Marshon Brooks, Tornike Shengelia, 2013 Pick (22)
To BKN: Rudy Gay
They add another piece to their maxed out roster. They can put a lineup out there of Williams/Johnson/Gay/Wallace/Lopez.
From HOU: Thomas Robinson
To HOU: Tornike Shengelia
They cut Robinson's salary in their pursuit of Howard.
Trade 2: TOR/CHI
From TOR: DeMar DeRozan
To TOR: Richard Hamilton (exp), Kirk Hinrich (exp)
We unload DeMar for 2 expirings.
From CHI: Richard Hamilton, Kirk Hinrich
To CHI: DeMar DeRozan
They get a 6th man to come off the bench behind Jimmy Butler.
Trade 3: TOR/LAL/OKC
From TOR: Amir Johnson, Kyle Lowry, Landry Fields
To TOR: Thabo Sefolosha (exp), Chris Duhon (exp), Jeremy Lamb, Nick Collison
We unload the last of our long term deals and acquire another prospect in Lamb.
From LAL: Pau Gasol, Chris Duhon
To LAL: Kendrick Perkins, Amir Johnson, Kyle Lowry, Landry Fields
They take on two bad deals, but also two very good high PER players in Johnson and Lowry. Essentially this is a reload scenario where they remove an issue in the Gasol/Howard debacle while strengthening their roster. Lowry & Nash/Bryant/MWP/Johnson/Howard & Perkins.
From OKC: Kendrick Perkins, Thabo Sefolosha, Nick Collison, Jeremy Lamb
To OKC: Pau Gasol
They unload Perkins and get back another (semi) star in Gasol to make a healthy run at the title next year with a big 3 of their own.
We move forward with the following roster (minus expirings). The largest contracts are Jonas/T-Rob, each at under 4 million annually.

Terrance Ross to NOH for Austin Rivers
Landry Fields to PHX for Micheal Beasley
Demar Derozan to MIL for Drew Gooden and MIL 2014 protected pick
Amir Johnson to OKC for Kendrick Perkins + Perry Jones (or at least hope Amir gets hurt)
Buy a late 2013 pick for Archie Goodwin
Lowry/Lucas
Rivers/Goodwin
Gay/Beasley
Gooden/PJ
Perkins/JV
That team fails to win 30 games. Thoughts?

My "accelerated" build plan.
Toronto Trades: 2014 1st round pick
Toronto Recieves: 2013 10th & 13th pick
Dallas Trades: 2013 13th pick & Shawn Marion
Dallas Receives: 2014 Raptors 1st round pick
Portland Trades: 2013 10th pick
Portland Receives: Shawn Marion
It really relies on Dallas thinking the Raptors will suck in 2014 & not make the playoffs, and Portland not valuing the 10th pick at all. Not the most likely scenario but I would give up next years pick for 2 picks this year.

Have to add a lot more than a pick... Wolves have little reason to trade Love unless they are blown away by an offer this would quickly get the dial tone.
