From what little we know, Ross has been acting strange. First he knocks someone up, then he gets a sleeve of tattoos, now he's not putting in the work... this is not the momma's boy we thought him to be. It sounds to me like he's having significant personal issues.

I hope its personal issues actually and hopefully everything is ok...it would be a relief in a way re: him sucking...but if this is just him...gtfo.
