Your expectations are too high. He only plays 20 some minutes a game and none of it is in crunch time. So stop expecting him to be some type of star player.

He's friggin' clueless in his movements. One of the dumbest players in the league if you ask me. He has finesse skills, but he is beyond hopeless as a positional player. He had a defensive sequence in the fourth where he was literally spinning around lost until he backed himself right into a boxed out position. Jimmy Butler looked like he was laughing when JV was trying to guard him by charging at him on the perimeter.
