Got some info on what transpired in the last 2 days

I cannot go into detail about how I know because it might prevent me from getting info in the future.
- Rondo was in Toronto to meet with the Masai, Toronto Raptors. meeting went well.
- Masai wants to keep Casey (feels highly of him, Casey has been very loyal to the organization and the players) but others want to get rid of Casey
- Masai is upset because he was supposed to be the one making decisions
- Masai on his way to meet with another player, not sure who

I thought Rondo was under contract still with the Bulls, and he wouldn't really fit the bill in terms of adding 3pt shooters, no?

If rondo was coming then lowry and demar are out
If casey is massais guy perhaps casey has complained himself about having to work with what he has because of demar and lowrys shortcomings as players.
I have always felt that without our systen lowry and demar arent anywhere near what they are as players.
And if they are questioning massai i can see him wanting to jettison them.
Rondo and george in.

lol... sorry to break it to you but Masai can't talk to anyone not on his team. Against league rules.

i know the whole thing seems far fetched. that's why i'm open to letting a mod know my source, but not all of realgm because it might screw me over for getting info in the future.

Rondo has made it clear he's happy in Chicago and the Bulls intend to tender their team option on him.
There's no way Masai meets with him days after the season ended.
Season over? "Get me Rondo in here right now!"

Only thing that's possible is that due to Rondo's no guarantee for 17-18, Raptors may swap him and Carroll with us throwing in a prospect as sweetener and we will either trade or waive Rondo. Otherwise a meeting now makes literally no sense, and not even this theory could hold so much merit.

There was a poster on the Knicks forum a few years ago, that claimed he talked to a time traveller who gave him all the info about how the Knicks would win the championship that year. I guess the time traveller must have gotten his info mixed up regarding the Knicks.
