I'd be happy with this
Indiana Receives: Valanciunas, Carroll, Filler/Pick
Toronto Receives: Al Jefferson, Thaddeus Young, Glen Robinson III
Ideally, we get a young defensive center back and are able to dump both contracts in one go.

I don't think we give jv away but we arent going to get the same promise he once had at this point. Like I said, we probably have to trade JV and keep Carroll.

So you propose to get rid of Carroll who only has 2 years left AND include a pick AND centre who dominated the playoffs just 2 post seasons ago? We can just stretch Carroll. MLSE is not OKC, they can afford to do this. One playoff round and that tax money is a break even position for MLSE. 2 play off rounds and they are making money again. We don't want Indy's garbage. Masai isn't one to dump great talent for $$.
That was likely the haul offered to Indy for PG, not for their garbage.

Hope we don't trade him on 10 cents on the dollar...
Sucks that he wasn't traded years ago when his value was higher also really sucks that we strongly considered
drafting Kawahi but Colangelo couldn't resist his Euro fetish. I guess it could have been worse he could have drafted
Jan Vessley.

Kahwi was an unknown. He is this good because of Pop, duncan, and a plethora of Vets who gave him opportunity to grow. He would have a different career in any other city.

He does seem to have more scoops than Toronto media.

I'd gladly settle for a top 30 Kawhi as opposed to the top 5 Kawhi the Spurs are lucky to have

Fair enough - i'm unsure what that would look like. But I guess having his defensive tools, likely a three ball that isn't as great as today, but still 35% (respectable) alongside DeRozan would have been interesting. Lowry / DeMar / Under-powered Kawhi.

Hawks/Pacers/Kings/Nets have cap space to take him. Nets might take him if you throw in a first rounder, they have nothing to lose.

Before we trade JV, I say we get him to Slim Down to his rookie shape, and see what we have.

Why are some of you guys always suggesting money coming back? If they don't move Carroll first or have a trade lined up for him, JV and Joseph will be dumped for picks.
