Did Coach Joe throw Thon Maker out there against Nikola Jokic for the entire third quarter?

I dont know about 6th but he is definitely getting traded in the next 1-2 years. KAT and Butler are both up for extensions and there is no way Minnesota can afford 3 max players so the writting is on the wall as far as Andrew goes imo..

I was shocked when I didn't see him on the ASG roster. He's easily a top-5 big and has been since his rookie year.

He's only 22, if he stays healthy I could see him making the ASG for nearly the next decade.

Who would take that contract though? A mediocre defender who can't shoot at the wing position?

He doesn't have the ability to get to the line like Demar to make up for his shooting inability.

Can't name teams off the top of my head, but there are teams that have solid defense and solid finishers but lack someone who can generate their own offense. Those would be the best fits.

One of my all time favorite RealGM comments came after the Bucks lost to the Raptors

He could have let Doris talk once in a while too. But yeah he's entertaining. He just talks in his own universe and you either love it or roll your eyes at it. I oscillate between the two.

Bill Walton and Walt Frazier are the best voices in the NBA. If you don't like them, then you don't like entertainment.

Man imagine Anthony Davis with Giannis' elite footwork, he'd be tearing the league a new one even more than he already is. He's not a big man with guard like athleticism, he IS a guard that happens to be 6'10ft.

Well, yes, that's true. He was always a point guard growing up until he hit a growth spurt that suddenly made him 6'10.

True, but what I'm trying to get at is more about his mobility and athleticism. There are big men who are described to have guard like athleticism, like Drummond and KAT. But there are still limitations they have as big men that impede them from doing everything a guard can. Davis doesn't have those restrictions. I've seen him dive for balls, and then get back up in the same play while keeping his dribble alive. I've seen him block a shot, turn around to get on the break, lose his footing, but still trapeze his way into balance and finish it off with a dunk.

Think about the motion of being on your knees while dribbling, and then getting back up on your feet while fighting off defenders. This is something most guards can do, but no big men. Anthony Davis is the only big man I've ever seen do this. I've been watching figure skating the past couple of days and seeing how much grace and balance is prioritized. That's a part of athleticism that they treasure the most. If all NBA players were to enter such competitions it'd be comprised of just guards with only some forwards eligible (Wiggins off the top of my head), and no big men...except Anthony Davis.

Some of these dudes got blessed with that ****. George grew 2 inches IIRC after his rookie season when he was already like 21 years old.
