Taking on more and more debt to finance their movies which have been critical flops for the most part. I'd look in to their fundamentals, specifically their cash flow. I have a better grip on Disney than Netflix atm. The thing about Netflix is that their subscriber base has increased every fiscal year and I believe their international subscriber base has now outpaced their domestic rate of subscribers. Netflix's biggest asset is their original content, which should keep them afloat despite Disney pulling their content and starting their own streaming service. Another thing I would look out for is what films they acquire at upcoming film festivals and how The Irishman is received critically and how it performs during awards season. If they can prove that streaming directly to their service can still generate oscar buzz for films, it bodes for their long term outlook. Most analysts rate it a strong buy or hold.
