I mean seriously, who really gives a flying ****? Sure, DeRozan was loyal. But he was also loyal with losing in the second round every year and loyal with disappearing in nearly every playoff game. A regular season dynamo, yes, but a playoff ghost trapped in an invisible shell.

One year of Leonard >>> Nine years of DeRozan

This guy wonders why I criticize him. Always bashing the team’s history. Our history is who we are as a franchise. It’s what’s made this team what it is today. Without all the ups and downs the team wouldn’t be in the position it’s in right now. Rather than focusing on the past and constantly spitting on it, just focus on what we have. The Derozan and Bosh hate is real old. If you expected them to bring this franchise a championship then you were only fooling yourself the entire time. They never had enough talent beside them.

Also you say you love winning? What exactly have we won???

Same with a lot of other players as well. They lost in the 2nd round too. In fact some players lost in the 1st round. Actually some players didn’t even make the playoffs. You know that Anthony Davis guy who is supposed to be one of the best players in the league? He’s never made it past the 2nd round and only been to the playoffs twice.

Btw Derozan has been to the 3rd round before. So “loyal with losing in the 2nd round every year” is inaccurate.

Well put.

I always thought "repping the city" was his way of solidifying himself as the franchise player off the court whether than on. Like there are so many lip service, when you know... learning to play some defense would have done so much more productive and harder for him at the same time.

I've been crying with tears of joy ever since I woke up on July 19th and found out about the trade.

Lol I'm 21. Derozan crying like a dummy on IG story when he got traded is 15 year teenage girl behavior.

I also missed the VC era so I'm happy we got a real superstar in Kawhi now.
