After watching the whole scenario, im blaming the refs.

They let Paul and Rajon talk sh*t face to face for way too long. Techs should have been called way before punches were thrown.

Ingram is a tool

Impressed with the others and Lebron for defusing it and keeping cool the whole time

PJ Tucker too, can't even believe if anyone would fight Tucker lmao

...why did Ingram just throw a random punch at Tucker? It's like he was just looking to hit someone and Tucker was there. Basically everyone did a great job of keeping control outside of Paul, Rondo, and Ingram.

He punched Paul. Doubtful he’d go for Tucker. If Tucker would have felt a punch he probably would have done something about it

We’ve seen a lots of “hold me back” fake fights and (intentionally) missed head hits, but this one was real dandy!!! So glad that little bitch Chris got it right in his ugly jaw! Beautiful to see :)

It's not the Showtime they were going for but it's the one they deserve.

I never liked Paul. Overrated Duky, come in college years ago to play against Illinois and Deron Williams and was destroyed. Yet, he was made into ultra-mega star. While Rondo is a WARRIOR. Rondo is a Champion while CP3 is none. Rondo was nuts in his prime. Pesky defender, good passer.

Saw it live last night, Ingram is ridiculous. Also looks like Paul instigated it with Rondo physically.

I didn't see Rondo spit on Paul, although you clearly see Paul wipe his face before he sticks his finger in Rondo's face. Could have been a case of 'spitting' while talking, which is different than spitting. Rondo catches him with a left, then misses some punches, Paul catches Rondo with a left, then Ingram comes in and hits Paul it what ended up being a punch to the chest.

Pretty interesting. I don't mind the rough stuff, it happens in sports.

Side Note - People saying 'Ingram is a bust' don't know what they're talking about. Clearly don't watch him play.

Ooops...But all the talk was about him, and he was destroyed in that game.

My favourite part of that incident was Lance trying to pull Ingram away and calm him down. As a life rule, when Lance Stephenson is trying to put sense into you, that’s a sign you might have gone too far.

Paul is a punk for putting his hand in Rondo's face like that, he tried to son him and caught a left to the jaw for it. That's just some disrespectful shxt, I fell asleep at the beginning of the 4th but knew that things were gonna get chippy somewhere in this game. The ref's did a poor job of handling the situation, Rondo/Paul should've never been able to have an extended convo like that. Harden should've been at the line, with the refs separating the two. One of the refs even gets out of the way as punches were thrown. CP3, Rondo are both hyper-competitive and talk a lot of smack too; wouldn't be surprised if this was brewing for some years.

Yeah spray maybe but clearly not spit. they were yapping right in each other's faces and all sweaty and stuff too so no surprise some bodily fluids flew.

I always liked Rondo and disliked CP3 so this works for me. :)

What I thought was interesting was how Lebron pulled Paul away even though they are on different teams, and Melo was helping keep Ingram away. I don't think i've ever seen that in any sports brawl. Usually when things get heated anyone with an opposing jersey is fair game and you do not grab guys on the other team without expecting a physical response. The NBA is such a different league like that i guess with everybody being pals and all.

Funny Luke W whining about hard fouls stopping a guy as “just” a flagrant 1. Please!

A good reporter would have asked him how many games his dad and his teammates would have been thrown out for hard fouls?
If you can’t grab a guy to stop him and make him earn the free throws your game will be pathetic. It should not even be a flagrant foul. Yes he got him by the neck but, contacted in the chest and as the guy started to fall back contact moved up.

Third man in should always get a wayyyy bigger suspension.

How is it basketball players are so skilled they can aim and put a ball through a hoop from 30 feet way on a regular basis but then mostly miss fists into faces from two feet away. That might be one of the only fights where a punch actually landed.
