Judging by those comments I think Fred is very delusional and lacks self awareness.

Even when he goes 1 for 10 on threes he still think he’s had a great day.

I just don’t see any growth in a player that lacks self awareness or can’t take constructive criticism.

I’d trade him now since his value is still high and the league perceives him as a good PG.

It’s amazing how things change on this forum. Last year he was arguably our 3rd most important player and everyone was freaking out when he was injured in the playoffs. 6th man nominee too. Granted he hasn’t been good this year but he’ll figure it out. I just hate how FVV and Norman go from steady Freddy and NormGod to total trash with a month or two. The overreacting is ridiculous

People react to current events and happenings. He's playing horrible, selfish ball and we are more than a quarter into the season. I dont see an overreaction.

There is also the issue of waiting too long for him to correct his play. Because if he doesn't, you've just eliminated the option to grab some value out of him while he still has some.

I agree he hasn’t been good but let’s give it a larger sample. And on this board there’s totally an overreaction, just like how Lowry was an MVP candidate after 15 games now isn’t a 2nd option and should be traded after 27 games. Let’s just chill and let the season play out.

Yup, I would be very surprised if he's on this team next season.

Masai is awesome at finding contributors but man is he terrible at salary cap management.

FVV and Norm should not have been signed for that amount. He literally bid on himself.

Ultimately if we lose, Masai deserves criticism. Obviously the KL2 trade was a win. I won't blame him for Lin since we all thought he had something to contribute. But he put this team in cap hell with very little on the bench.

Hopefully we win though.
