Never been proven.

Carter said Kawhi wouldn't report, refuses to go, didn't want to play, tried any and every way to make sure he didn't come here. Don't see it given how he's played.

Windhorst who actually had info said the opposite that he was open and ready to play here.

As of now, not one thing Carter said has been true.

They should definitely not ask him if what Chris Carter says is true. The question should be: What do you think about people, who claim to know what you're thinking, declaring to the world your intentions?
