I was wondering why Lowry only played 26 minutes by the end of the 3rd since Nick Thibodeau usually makes him play 30 of the first 36 minutes whether he is healthy or hurting, so this makes sense.

Why they let him play against the Knicks who are purposely tanking is mind boggling to me. Nurse wasn't going to take it easy on him so what was the point?

Your best case scenario is still awfully grim. Sometimes ankle injuries look bad when they happen, but the player comes back next game.

He injured a different ankle, so there's no factual basis to make an argument that Kyle came back to soon. This could have happened to any of our players at any time if the poor man's Javale Mcgree fell on them.

Worst case would be a grade 3 sprain. Let's hope it isn't worst case but it looked awfully bad. I suspect he'll be out a minimum of two weeks, probably longer. Fingers crossed that he's back before playoffs so can find his rhythm. This team is snake bitten.

I've seen the replay a few times, and it doesn't look like that scrub fell on Kyle's ankle too hard. The ankle itself didn't twist much at all.

while Dwayne Casey would run all our player to the ground, Nurse also make some amateur mistake of keeping Lowry in a 30 point game leading to injury.
