When the signing happened Danny was quick to thank the organization, fans, city of TO, country of Canada....but what does Kawhi and his camp do? They release Clipper logo images with no text acknowledging the Raps. Not to mention Kawhi took the cowardly way of breaking news to his championship teammates via text message. Going home is fine Kawhi, I get it but try to show some class.

Danny is always classy. At least he said something and it was professional.

One thing I would have done was promise him assistant coach to come back. I think that's his future. But 2/30 is too much for us and too much. Good luck to Danny but not too much, only because of your teammates.

It's not necessary to hate Kawhi. Just move on. He made a good logical choice. We know he's not great socially. Don't need to manufacture anger.

Jeremy Castleberry is one lucky guy. Wow. Pays to be friends with Kawhi.

What did you all expect? He barely said anything all year. He doesn't have social media. He helped win us a championship. Can't be mad at him.

tbh I was more disgusted with Jeremy Castleberry breaking the news than Kawhi. He'll write a crappy letter in a newspaper ad later and it'll be done with it. But Castleberry was an assistant coach for the Raptors, too. He should have been out of the news breaking process.

Toronto was always just a destination he had to play for before he bolted to LA. Him and his family basically treated it as such, therefore you don't get the classy response that you see with Danny Green. If Kawhi wasn't a super star and didn't bring us a chip, I would have no regard for a mercenary type player like him.

The only reason Castleberry has a job is because of Kawhi. He has no credentials whatsoever to make him worthy of being an NBA assistant coach. He knows where his bread is buttered, and you can bet your ass the Raptors weren't wasting more money on him without Kawhi here...

As for Kawhi vs Danny... it's a difference in personality. Kawhi isn't a social guy with people he's never met. There's no reason to hate on the guy for the way his camp reported the news. Without Kawhi there is no Larry OB in Toronto. End of story.

Kawhi doesn't do social media. His sister doesn't manage his account, she manages an official fan page. Keyword: fan.
