Insecure people always show their stripes.

LA is a fairly nomadic, ID-less city with a lot of fairweather fans. Just because it's not cold, I would never want to play there over what Toronto and its organization has to offer now. I don't live in TO anymore and hate cold weather myself, for example, but if I were in the position of an NBA player, it would mean nothing to me when you stack that against what exists already. That's on top of the monstrous future potential of the franchise for someone who chooses to embrace it and can deliver.

One with Jay WIlliams, where Williams called him a thief, and Gottlieb shot back at him by saying he always had to cover for Jay at ESPN because of his personal issues.

He got in one with Stephon Marbury, where Marbury would say that he loved to punk on Gottlieb in high school tournaments in front of his dad
