This was wildly popular last season, especially tracking Pascal's development with Rico Hines. Any skill work, gym work or any other kind of training regarding our guys will go in here. I encourage everyone to contribute.

SL squad is still in Vegas so there shouldn't be much footage of them training individually yet.



Stanley Johnson is partaking in the Rico Hines UCLA runs atm. Him and RHJ are also working out with Phil Handy right now and you can see it via this account's story (https://www.instagram.com/randyrozaay/).



It's obviously still a work in progress but this is the most fluid I have seen his shooting form. He is clearly working on establishing consistency from that corner three. Still a lot of work to be done but if you watch his form from his rookie year compared to this, it's a noticeable improvement.

Everyone else seems to be in vacation mode except Kyle and Norm now. Kyle was seen doing track work and Norm is back in the gym.

Siakam looks like he just added 1 pound of muscle right there. Should clear 15 easy.

Norm says he is going to work out with Kawhi later in the summer, but we all know he's going to be ghosted.

That's great to hear. Offseason training is where these guys can start to bond and develop familiarity/chemistry heading in to training camp. I hope the guys work out together as much as possible.

I am interested to see the workout OG does. I have all star expectations of him this coming season.

I wonder what OG is up to

Context leads me to believe he’s working with Handy in Vegas but he’s not exactly the type to post workout videos

I hope he spends time at P3 or something where he can workout his balance issues

Terence Davis confirmed in Raptors IG story that he’s gonna be at the LA mini-camp later so looks like we’re gonna see a lot of the young guys playing together again at Rico Hines runs
