Why is it assumed that Protector Safety stole the logo from Pascal?

Didn't his girlfriend "design" his logo in the past year or so?

Could it be that (since she's probably a young 22 year-old knucklehead) she probably googled some ideas and simply copied the Protector Safety logo?

The odds of Pascal's girl coming up with a logo, then Protector Safety stealing it (all within a short one year span) is pretty unlikely.

Who would get the logo in the divorce?

Along with the house, and a lifetime allemony that is correlated to how unemployed she currently is.

The title of the thread is stating that pascal stole the logo from proctor, not the other way around.
