What do you mean?

Libs won bud. Ethnics scandals weren’t enough for Canadians to see right from wrong, only win or lose.

As an ethnic person, I laugh at the word scandal bring used here. Look at the crap happening around the world and we're here crying about what exactly?!? Come on man lol.

Someone tell Siakam to start wearing his team's merchandise rather than that ugly PS he's always wearing.

In.

Got a new avy to celebrate the new season. Also in lieu of Casey's comments today, his "f*k you" gif had to go.

Credit to which one of you made this gif, cheers.

I lowkey feel another finals appearance coming up....as long as the elite defense is still there.

They better play this song during the ring presentation and when the banner goes up in the air

With Zion out, expecting a big game from Siakam to kick-off his first season as "the man". It'll also help sustain the lolzy idea that we were, and continue to be, a one-man show with a solid supporting cast.

"If Siakam draws the double-team his job is done" - Nick Nurse.

So bring on the double-teams. Keep 'em baffled about our true nature and this league is ours again.

Dammit Jim, that might just work.

Or perhaps something from 1995, tying it with our 25th anniversary.
Jagged Little Pill was the top album when the Raptors were born into the league, but there isn't a song on the album with the proper winning context.

This might do, if Alanis would rework the lyrics to "I've got one ring on my finger":

For the first ever opening game, they used a rather corny disco-funk version of Richard Strauss' Also Sprach Zarathustra to hatch our mascot.

A long way from last season's intro. The playlist was:

Ready Or Not - Mischa "Book" chillak Feat. Esthero
Meek Mill - Glow Up
Nice for What - Drake
**** - The Carters (Beyonce and Jay Z)

If the game tonight starts at 8 what time is the banner being raised and rings presented?

Wouldn’t be surprised by a loss.

The home team losing after getting their rings happens more often than not from what I remember

Haven't checked the numbers, but it wouldn't surprise me. The emotional content is distracting and the players lose focus. Like how the Leafs were criminally blown-out at their last game at the MLG.

But this squad is different.

Man, this feels so G-League in hindsight, what a young franchise we once were.
