What in the world has Murray done to warrant that kind of deal? Everyone is calling that deal a steal, but he’s coming off a torn ACL and he shot under 30% from three the year before. I understand paying for future projections, but I’m not sold he’s even that good. What happens if he can’t shoot?

Im not calling him bad, but his negatives NEED to improve significantly for him to be considered a steal.

Wait ... the Pacers were far apart on extension talks based on that figure? Smh. Sabonis is very solid, they’re set at PF for the next 4 years. No doubt.

Brown is a valuable player. But he’s not that worthy of that kind of contract. But you guys are hating on how good he is. He doesn’t have the potential to be a 30M player tho so it’s a huge overpay

I don't think we can afford to pay him what he'll want especially after these new deals so a trade needs to happen.

Sabonis and Murray deals are good (considering that Murray is coming from ACL tear). Brown's deal is not. Celtics really did overpay him in order not to lose him for nothing.
