Millsap coming out of college was quite a bit thicker than he is now but never had the athleticism of Zion. Zion needs some type of mentor to help him settle into an ideal weight and show him what he needs to do to maximize his abilities. If he loses some spring he may end up having a Julius Randle-like outlook.

Yet another reason the draft is a crapshoot - injuries can destroy a career before it happens.
