I just finished 9 seasons of Suits (where Meghan Markle was in). It's a good show!

Right now if we are talking network tv I like "Prodigal Son". On Netflix I like "You" and there's a new season of "Elite" (a Spanish high school show - dubbed in English - but it's a thriller that can interest people years outside of high school). Don't really regularly watch anything on cable, if you know any let me know.

My favorite show by far in the past decade that i would recommend is "The Expanse". It's 4 seasons in with 40+ episodes so it'd take 5-10 days to binge.

If you haven't heard of it, it's a sci-fi show set in the near future. The basic premise is that Mars and the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter have been colonized. There's a larger overarching sci-fi mystery story but at its base, it's a political drama between earth, Mars and the belt.

The acting can be iffy at times but it's really well done with some very strong, memorable characters.

ZeroZeroZero is pretty good so far.
Ready Player One is a fun movie. Classic Spielberg.
I loved The Dark Crystal movie or show.

I second The Outsider.

Picard, I'm kinda torn on. I wasn't expecting TNG-redux going in but 8 episodes in and I still don't care about any of the characters. I'm ok with the story despite all the convenient plot devices and it looks really nice but there's no connection there with the main cast.

Other shows I'm currently watching:

Avenue 5 - great cast, first episode was rocky but it gets better
Mythic Quest - really, really pleasantly surprised by this - a bit of a cross between IASIP and Silicon Valley - highly recommended
Awkwafina is Nora from Queens - another show with low expectations going in but really funny

Yeezus_ wrote:Lots of good shows posted but my favourite in no order that are completed and/or currently running are:

The Wire (probably the best show all time)
Breaking Bad
Game of Thrones
Westworld
True Detective (S1 is some top notch TV)
Better Call Saul
Barry
Atlanta
Billions
The Handmaids Tale
The Affair
Chernobyl
Succession
The Night of
Homeland (S1 is one of the better seasons for any show, sort of falls off afterwards though)
Sneaky Pete (S1 is great, S2 is meh, S3 is meh)
Twin Peaks

On another note, I just realized HBO is the goat at making content.

I just finished Succession and came here to post it. This is one hell of a show.

Not a TV show but I’ll be watching my Raptors Championship Blu Ray. Relive the great memories and helps me stay connected to basketball.

Will be popping in 2K19 to play some Raptors of last year.

If you're relatively up to date on newer shows, personal favorite of mine to binge is Peep Show. Similar to the Office in that it's really funny, you forget everything that happens, and can just watch again.

I'm thinking about doing Breaking Bad again at some point. I've rewatched the entire Wire before and it was worth it/held up.

I could never do GOT again though.
