Bol Bol

He's going to be a problem. He was low risk, high reward. Didn't believe he fell that low.

I really wanted us to find a way to get him for the same reason. Its crazy that I expect masai to get every african player lol.

Looks like denver may have struck gold with porter jr and Bol considering where they were picked. I'm expecting Porter Jr to be a solid starter and Bol to be a solid Bench player next season.

It's crazy to think that Bol is 7 years younger than Boucher and already better lol.

If I saw Bol do this in summer league, I'd be pumped but hes doing it against NBAers in his first action since major injury. No reason not to be hyped for him.

That euro-step he made the other night on the fast break was amazing

Me too. If we had a higher 2nd round pick I'm sure Ujiri would have. Then park him in the 905.

A guy that huge will always have mobility and health concerns. And he did have health concerns heading into the Draft.

Reminds me of Porzingis a bit. Hopefully he can stay healthy.

I kept praying he would have fallen to 59 as he had the perfect game for the Raptors system and would have been a monster for 905. Happy to see him succeeding.

Karnisovas is as good as Masai in finding gems deep in 2nd round. Now that he's with the Bulls one can expect some noise in the Eastern Conf

Bol Bol was high risk, I don't know where you got the idea he was low risk. He had serious medical concerns and attitude concerns. No one at any level, whether that be highschool or college would vouch for him as a person, which is why he fell. Coincidentally the same concerns that teams had with Michael Porter Jr.

Riskis too high like others have said.

Ideally he would be in a Boucher role. He could come in and change the way the game was being played. But the problem is when he gets better, how much do u want to count on a guy who looks like he could break any minute.

But he only has a two-year contract with Denver. Masai can always pick him up as an FA next year. Why wouldn't he want to sign with Team Africa?

Wow...at 25 seconds in, he gets the block, looks off Jokic, brings the ball up the floor and bangs in a PU3IT!

Both Bol and Porter were very high profile, not like they found something obscure, they just got lucky these players dropped. Also, Karnisovas wasnt president of Basketball operations in Denver, I have big hopes for him in Chicago, but I dont know how much impact he had on Bol and Porter picks in Denver. It was said that as international scout, he had his hands on Jokic pick, which was a true find unlike Bol, who would have been a top 10 pick for sure if not for health concerns.

He was a late 2nd round pick for goodness sakes. You're acting like he was a 1st overal pick. His health issues is not surprising for his size, plus we have a good medical staff. Lastly a guy like Ibaka, Lowry, Gasol, etc would not only make him mature, but he'd learn a lot in that position. He's 19/20. His maturity level is not surprising. If we walked away with TD and Bol Bol, Ujiri would be laughing.

Yes, at 1 point, Bol Bol was a top 5 consideration.
