Where I was going with this is that you can't just buy a 1st. You need to have a team that wants to sell one.

A first-round pick hasn't been sold since 2013, when the Denver Nuggets gave the rights to Rudy Gobert to the Utah Jazz.

Masai might have been the guy who sold it.

But the facts indicate it's rare for a 1st to get sold. So complaining that Masai isn't buying is simply not logical.
