Did voting happen pre-bubble?

This is a disaster of epic proportions for Masai. Siakam will take up 28% of the cap instead of 25% now. 2 months of good play and he got hoodwinked. Hopefully this increases his trade value at least.

I'm just as disappointed in Siakam as everyone, but I have faith he will get better.

Congrats, Skills!!!

Wow... laughable to be in the same sentence with Vince and Bosh.... next move up to you Pascal...

Pascal and Bosh aren’t that far off lol

To be honest Vince’s best years weren’t much better at all.

Yes it did.

I thought he was 3rd team, but it was a debate.

So just to be clear, we had $20,962,267.00 in salary room without resigning anyone (this was gonna go towards Fred)

With Pascal on second team, we now have $17,612,267.00

Y’all realize Siakam averages 23/7/4 in Feb-March right?

Bad bubble and bad January (and January was still 21/6/3).

Let’s not forget what he did for 60 games before Orlando

I think they are just mad (myself included) he couldn't give us a single good game against the celtics.

I need to remind people that Pascal was a mid range away from becoming a Superstar prior to his injury. Once he adds that mid range game people will be licking his chops again.

He had 2 months where he was above league average efficiency (1 of those was only 1% above) and one month right at league average. He put up his numbers on volume.

Damn negative response from the forum. Obviously isn't great that he costs more but it's an honour not just for Pascal but for the team as a whole.

Happy for him. Hopefully it motivates him further.

Man if you the Raps are dead set on Giannis, OG and Fred will have to be signed at bargain deals and Norm will have to go. This is all assuming the cap for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 are flat. NBAPA and Owners probably keep the cap flat for next season but I am not sure what happens after that.

You basically want to pray for a cap bump in 2021-2022

How many times are the All-NBA voters going to reward the wrong Raptor. We're up to three times in the last four years. Good for Pascal though.

Happens every time, media rewards the wrong guy because Kyle isn’t selfish.

Although I will say DD deserved in 17 due to Kyle missing the second half old the season

So he “only” averaged 23 points at league average efficiency... you don’t realize that’s not a bad thing.. right?

Sure he isn’t one of the top 5 or even 10 elite scorers, but you can do much much worse as your #1 guy.

He just had probably the 4th or 5th best season in Raptors history behind Kawhi in 2019, Lowry in 2015 or 2016, and then he’s right up there just below with any Bosh or Carter season.

Let’s just chill and get off the guys back.
