Hell no. He’s cooked. Watching him in the playoffs was excruciating, almost as bad as watching Siakam miss layup after layup

One year deal for very little sure, no other bigs out there that can defend, rebound, and pass. If his shooting touch from outside comes back that will make us a contender(Ive given up on him being able to score inside again)

It was a Woj tweet. I just reread it and I think he was referring to the Ibaka deal now.

Yes, np. I was just extremely skeptical that we'd do that. If we were willing to do that I believe Serge would be back.

The three teams that have reached out to Gasol have won the last three titles. And then also the Clippers, who very much want to win a title. Of course I want him back.

Raptors aren't a championship contender, so ya I can see why Ibaka and Gasol booking it, especially at the stage in their careers.

At a good price, sure. One year, no problem.
We have other options, it looks like Biz is up for another 1 year "make good" contract...that should be good enough. We have guys who can play behind him, we could even move OG to C if need be for periods of time. We'll be fine.
It would be nice to have a true seven footer though. However the way the league is going, we wont see many C's if we go small.
