Clippers losing to Jazz right now. They look very unimpressive to me, flat, no flair. PG is not looking great. I don't think they are going to improve over last year.

I was so wrong about Sabonis in the draft. He's big and tough. If we had drafted him instead of Jak, would we have traded him to the Spurs in the Kawhi deal?

Yes.
Nah, we would have traded OG instead. And right now, I'd rather have Sabonis than OG. Never thought I'd say that.

Nets looking as good as advertised...
That team if healthy looks like a championship team. Man, its great to have KD back in the game.

Trading for Harden would hurt depth and chemistry. No need for that.

If they’re smart they won’t trade for him.

Josh Jackson seems to just have been 2 years away from being 2 years away and Detroit got a decent pickup.

Jrue is donating the remainder of his 2020 salary to help black business owners.
I had to double take and was like whoa he's donating over $25 million!??!?!?
But it's for the upcoming season so the games in December. (5/72)* 2020/2021 salary is $1.8 million. Nice!
Oh B/R is half a year late on reporting this. He donated $5.3 million in July for the remainder of his 2019/2020 salary.

Rudy Gobert signing five year $205M contract is just plain insane money for someone that barely moves the needle for a Championship contender type team.

Utah is in the same type of situation as us though. Not like players are flocking to go to Utah.
Gotta keep your best players around for as long as possible. Even if it means a slight overpay

Great to see really, assuming he is doing his due diligence on which areas need the help.

pretty much this.
its annoying considering I would think Toronto is a large market but treated like a small market in free agency.

At this point we really should be focused on the up and coming Canadian players and trying to get more than 1 on the Raptors.
Jamal Murray, SGA, Clarke, Dort, Powell, Birch, etc.
I’d be nice if a Canadian would force their way here but the league wouldn’t allow it and the players are probably too polite.

Kelly Olynyk is a FA next year. I'd offer the MLE for 4 years with no raises since he'll be 30.
Not sure if Miami brings him back since they now have Adebayo and Precious Achiuwa.
