The Raptors would require at least Tyler Herro or Duncan Robinson from Miami in any potential deal, sources added. And since Lowry makes $30 million, the Heat would need to give about $24 million in total salary. Goran Dragic, who makes $18 million and has a team option for next season, would likely need to be included (or Kelly Olynyk, who makes $13.6 million). If draft pick compensation were required, the Heat can trade only first-round picks in 2025 and 2027.

Hero is shooting 33% from 3 this year compared To 39 last year - that is concerning

Send Lowry and Norm as a package and Heat will be instant contenders. Raps get Herro and Precious and cap filler.

The key for the Raps is to extract one of Herro or Achiuwa along with whatever salaries Miami throws in (Iggy, Kelly, Goran). if they dont get one of those guys it needs to be a future 1st along with Duncan and Nunn.

Not high on Herro or any of those Miami guys at all... Would rather deal with Philly. But whatever, I trust Masai/Bobby.

At this point if the FO lets lowry walk for nothing this summer it'll be an extremely bad look

Herro is the goal here. If he is in play, Norm is then movable for extra picks.

It's not going to happen, but FVV/Herro/OG/Siakam would just be such a sweet core going forward.

Our starting lineup without Lowry has had a ton of success over the last two seasons.
Getting back Herro/Robinson, Dragic, Olynyk would signicantly bolster our depth and make us a threat in the East.
FVV/Dragic/Davis
Powell/(Herro/Robinson)/Thomas
OG/Bembry/Johnson
Siakam/Boucher
Olynyk/Baynes
That's a solid team.

I would not rule it out. They have a ton of space, free agents will always go there, and Herro really hasn’t taken that next step yet like they thought he would. I think it’s possible.

Going to be really tough to watch the Raptors if Lowry and Norm are gone.
Derozan, Kawhi, Gasol, Ibaka, Lowry, Norm...
Not the same anymore and rebuilding is going to take a long time.

So is Lowry for either Herro or Duncan a good trade for Toronto or Miami? The Heat aren't going to want to give either of those guys but there is no trade for the Raptors without one of them or someone comparable. We know what Lowry can do, we've seen some good things from Herro and Duncan but they are mostly valued just based on potential
