Good for him. I thought he took a step this year, leading a G-League team in scoring. Although only score 4 points in the big league, but I think he should be a capable 3+D for them.

After 2 really good games! Nice! Bjorkgren knows him so investing in him.

We have Yuta, who seems to be a better ball-handler.

Wish we kept him over McCaw or Stanley or Baynes
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

If Brisset is still the same player from when we had him, then i'd rather have Yuta but thats not saying much

I'll keep deferring to this proven front office, but recently it seems they're less patient about holding onto their own prospects and developing them. Over the last several years, they seemed to have infinite patience for several players (lot of that paid off) JV, FVV, norm, derozan, ross, mccaw, malcolm miller, delon, bruno. There seems to be a quicker trigger on a lot of these recent departures. not saying its not warranted, but u could easily argue that TD, matt thomas and oshae are better than bruno, malcolm and maybe mccaw. Wonder what the strategy is. This seems more like a complete reset where we develop and pick assets over the next few years as opposed to a quick retool.

You're forgetting a lot of guys that passed on through: Dwight Buycks, Julyan Stone, Bebe, Anthony Bennett, Lorenzo Brown, Malachi Richardson, Alfonzo McKinnie, Jordan Lloyd.

Brissett lost the pre-season competition to Yuta, who just received a new contract.

There were literally 14 players better than McCaw on last year's roster.

So that’s 20 Canadians active on NBA rosters?

I’d like see that # jump to at least 45 so we can say Canadians make up over 10% of the league

You meant 10% obviously. And yeah that would be a great goal but I’d love them to make up 10% of the total minutes by players after that.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

I enjoyed watching him play very well for the Raptors905. I rooted for him and wish him well. I would much rather have Yuta. Perhaps it is unfair to say that the Raps should have kept Oshae over McCaw given that McCaw has perhaps ever fully recovered from an "alleged" leg injury in I'm not mistaken.
