Re: PG: Tiger King
What a win with Flynn and Yuta performances plus the ball movements by the Raps especially with OG and Birch with no Boucher and GTJr.
On to the B2B to see how the Raps do.

Watching bradley beal get a tech at the end of the game, reminds me that he can lose control a bit when he doesn't get his way. I'd be interested to see how that plays out. 31 ppg means a lot less if you lose your composure in big games.

Re: PG: Tiger King
This version of Pascal and OG that we've seen for about the past 10 games or so, since they've been getting healthy after Covid, is probably a top 5 forward combo in the league.
If they can put it all together next year, with the things they've added to their games this year (playmaking by Pascal, ballhandling and offensive versatility by OG), and keep improving on the small things, that's a great base to work with for the team going forward.
Also, glad to see Flynn gaining confidence and continuing to contribute. I think he'll be a very valuable bench guy next year.

Not sure what was going on with our guards except flynn ... Cavs guards are not good defenders and they should have shot better but at least they got into the paint to pass it often.

Just a tough shooting night. FVV had at least 3 or 4 wide open looks and only hit one. Lowry had some open looks too and went 1/6.Johnny Bball wrote:Not sure what was going on with our guards except flynn ... Pretty easy win though. Score wasn't really indicative of how the game was going in the first half because we shot 1/15 behind the arc. Went 7/14 on 3FGA in the 2nd half and outscored the Cavs 63-48 while keeping most of the starters around 32 minutes on the night. Not awful considering they weren't exerting a whole lot of energy for large chunks of the game.

Khem Birch with a great game today. He only seemed to get beat on a couple Jarrett Allen hook shots. Otherwise he was great guarding both the perimeter and interior.

Rocket Mortgage clients are paying it.
