lmao i find it very funny, was strolling through twitter and i see lowry trending, im like... oh sht wtf happened. turns out its just all the heat, clippers, and especially lakers fans all mad that they didnt trade for lowry. some funny stuff. still baffled that each franchise thought of lowry as a role player

ya they didn't want to mortgage their future and truly underrated Lowry as a player at his current age in the NBA.

dude could have easily outplayed Tucker on the Lakers, Herro on the Heat, and Zubac on the Clippers. Those are the players we coveted from them i believe.

Genuinely believe the Lakers would’ve made it past Phx with Lowry. Would’ve also bought AD time to return. Might’ve cost them a ring by overrating THT

Miami probably still would’ve lost with Lowry. And if they didn’t, they would’ve lost to Bkn so I don’t rly blame them

Lowry is still a difference maker and regardless of how poor the Lakers and Heat were, they were still better than us. Not to mention the Heat still have the capspace, a stronger team and much nicer weather to offer in the offseason.

But the Lakers really dropped the ball. Lowry was literally their only way to improve.

It was obvious at the trade deadline that there would potentially be four teams kicking themselves for not pulling the trigger on a Lowry trade.

Sucks that Lowry wasnt given a chance to compete on a playoff team, I'm sure he would have had a lot of impact on one of those squads.

The rumor that Lakers didn't want to give up Horton-Tucker for Lowry was baffling. Downright insulting actually.

IMO their management got overconfident with themselves and fooled around too much with the winning formula from last season. Had the effect of overrating their role player who likely won't amount to much when all's said and done.

Imagine wasting a year of Lebron's remaining career so you can keep THT. The Lakers are the definition of a dumpster fire organization. They won a title because Lebron decided he wanted to a film a movie (can't retire without having that on his resume...) and then called up his buddy to join him (who promptly forced his then-current team to trade him to the Lakers). They are the most undeserving fan base in the NBA.

Lakers are trash.

For all the crap we get because we won a chip against a team with an absent Durant, at least it wasn't a championship in a bubble.

Lakers FO totally blew it... and Lebron, for not trading the farm to get Lowry... he was difference between early exit and going all the way...

Nobody offered anything for Kyle. The 6ers will be missing him next.
