This was the flash I wanted to see, game 2 was worth it for this plus all the fouls drawn. Barnes is a grown ass man

All I know is we got some smooth brain reasoning with some of the hot takes against Barnes, its almost like there is an agenda to overreact about SL games because he wasnt your prefered pick.
Have some modicum of **** patience before you share your bad takes.

Both guys need their shooters to make shots. When Jessup and Guy started hitting shots Kuminga looked a lot better, and nobody got going for the Raps so Scottie said screw it and took the ball to the rim. Those free throw attempts thoooo

I was really hoping to see more out of Freddie G in summer league. He still looks like a fringe NBA player.
This block was nice, but other than that he doesn't do much.

not sure if i'll watch the other 2 games since I already kinda know what Green's going to do and it's unlikely Barnes will match up with him
All in all, I do see some flashes that can wow me from Barnes but like we all know it's going to take some time. And it's ok just be awesome down the road. I don't expect Barnes to win ROY anyway

Outside of Barnes and maybe Dragic, do we have a legit point guard playmaker?

I missed the game. Worth watching? How did Moody look? I've read some comments alluding to Flynn not facilitating ball movement. That was my take away from the NYK SL game. I want to see him as a distributor more.

It was an ugly game in general. Not worth a watch unless you want to see the rooks

To be fair i think Flynn is just trying out offense mode he clearly has been working on it this break - with the big club he seemed to defer a bit - on this squad he feels like one of the tenured and best players - he still hits butter 3s at times, but got too tunnel vision this game -
i was most upset that he didnt throw an alley oop pass to Scottie Barnes in transition when scottie called for it

I'm getting flamed on Twitter by a guy for saying Barnes is a good athlete not a great athlete. Do
we have one of the most sensitive, immature and over the top fanbases in the NBA?
I feel like if you don't act like Barnes, Malachi, Banton etc aren't gonna be the next Lebron
and bring up some constructive criticism you're gonna get flamed by fanboys.

It’s society in general. Everyone is sensitive and wants to be in a nice big circle jerk.
I’m old school. I’ll say my opinion. If I’m wrong I’ll own up to it and eat **** honourably
