Trent needs to learn how to pass more and defend like that one play with Scottie. That would help the team even more.
Ska needs to make a comeback.

I hope we give GTJ more opportunities to be the primary ball-handler as well. I'd like to see him bring the ball up the floor and run the offence. I think this piece will be the most important differentiator between being a 6th man and a starting 2 long-term. It'd also allow FVV to move off-ball more often. I don't think it's in his game yet but I don't see why it couldn't be long-term.

Players always look like they cannot miss or look like dribbling gods in the summer time but look nothing like that during the season lol

Gary's shot looks like it's going in every time.

Or the pressure of performing under the bright lights. We see guys who excelled in the bubble too but not in front of huge crowds.

Scottie playing as advertised! Guarding everyone from Drummond to Mitchell! Would have loved to see him get a few shots but playing with Sexton, Hield and GTJ likely didn’t leave too many to take!

You really need to embrace players like Barnes. All players want to be scorer first. 3pt shooter second. etc... then you get players like Barnes (and Ben Simmons  ). Happy to defend FIRST and shutdown people

Unreal to see someone anchor a defense like that in summer runs. Most impressed with him keeping up with Donovan Mitchell, who is crazy athletic and explosive. 8-)

Those sequences are crazy and especially Mitchell who had to bail out of his drive. Barnes looks quicker than in college and a bit more explosive. The potential is through the roof. On offense, I hope they give him some time on-ball as well. With strong offensive players he facilitates and finishes well - kind of playing his NBA role, but I'd like to see how his ISO game is within a pick-up game.

Gary Trent has all star potential IMO. Its weird how Masai never mentions him when talking about the young players.

Can see Scottie getting into quite a bit of scuffles due to being so vocal and talking smack after every block/steal
OG and Scottie are truly opposites based on on-court behaviour but damn they will be annoying to play against.

I agree.
Whenever a 21year old player can average 18pts as a starter around hogs like Lillard|CJ|Melo|Covington|Nurkic. Then once he joins your team quickly goes for 40+pts without almost missing a shot and in another game knocks down a game-winner. It bodes very well . :)
