Who is leaking this and why. But also, tar/feathers etc..

Maybe time to move my cell service off of Rogers

Sounds personal? Or w a social agenda?
Masai has had a strong local and national impact. There's lots of reasons not to want him around.

Bell, Rogers... similar poison. For now- Teksavvy is the way to go for me.

Methinks one of the Rogers siblings has ties to the Toronto Star to do a smear job on dear brother.

I'm not doubting the accuracy of this article at all but to those wondering why a story like this comes out now...it's a favour to someone with influence.

Stuff like this proves why we needed to keep Masai around at all costs. VC-era management vibes

There is more to come in this family feud. This is soap opera drama revealed for all to see. Edward Rogers tried to stage a coup over the weekend and appoint his shadow Board. Brother trying to takeover the company his Dad built. Fighting to oust your Mom and sisters from the Board of Directors is not cool. This has gotten nasty. Get your popcorn out.

...or simply because the Rogers saga is front page national news? No need to complicate this. The story came out because people are interested in it.

Edward Rogers took his wife and kids to Florida to meet Trump back in May.

Sources said that sometime after the meeting, Rogers called Ujiri and told him that he was not worth the money he was being paid. An NBA source said the call caused Ujiri to feel so angry and disrespectful from Rogers that he considered taking a year off as President of the Raptors.

For those not old enough to remember, shades of the old Richard Peddie days and the Dave Feschuk hit jobs in the Star.

Thank god for Tanenbaum overruling Edward Rogers stupidity.

Here's a hilarious breakdown on how Edward Rogers tried to overthrow the current CEO of Rogers, including an accidental phone call that tipped off Joe Natale.

I've been saying that Rogers are the worst owners in sports for years but people kept defending them.

How many board members does Rogers have? Seems like Ed is just one incompetent one. He's not the CEO, not chairman of the board for Rogers. Who is this guy exactly besides the son of Ted I assume and one of many members of the Rogers board? Does being a board member of Rogers auto put him on MLSE's board?
