He may need to stay for his sophomore year though he turns 20 this month. At least he plays in a tough Big 10 conference.

What about his countryman Kamagate, who turns 21 next week? Blocks shots and shoots 70% FTs.

At 6'10, I'd still try for Jovic. :D

Some how him projected in the first round, so I am not sure he will go back for another year.

As for Kamagate, is he as quick as Diabate? Diabate looks to be PF with the ability to play C.

Second best Italian prospect (maybe third). Right height and he's Italian. Did I say he's Italian?

Ska needs to make a comeback.

If we trade down to late 20s early 30s to get an extra pick via Memphis, Orlando, Cleveland or OKC then yeah he seems perfect for the type of 5 Masai likes, and we could also grab a shooter or guard like Max Christie or someone of that ilk to take the Svi minutes when he's ready.

He is rising to the early 20 spot. I think if we are to get another pick, it would be trading our expiring or player with value.

Please keep in mind that Mykhailiuk doesn't get any minute starting 6 games ago (when everyone is healthy), he is only getting minutes in garbage time and as an injury replacement (even injury replacement didn't get the full minute), but I guess maybe that is enough for rookies. Anyway, our lineup are now having a forward at SG, so I am not sure we will draft another guard with Johnson / Harris in the farm system as well.

Watched a bit of him the other night. Didn't really stand out. He looks like a generic NBA 2 guard in the good sense (acceptable size and hops, can shoot the 3, runs well) but also in the meh way, and considering he's 21 and is only really dominating as a senior I dunno if he's Masai's type.

Praying for AJ Griffin to fall to us but there's still at least several other wings in that 16-19 range, that I'd look at before Ochai ie/ TyTy Washington, Trevor Keels, Marjon Beauchamp, Nikola Jovic....heck I'd throw Julian Champagnie (mentioned him as a darkhorse for our pick before, seems so underrated) ahead of him as well -- he puts up more points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocked shots than Ochai.

The Raptors are drafting around #20.

6'6 Dyson Daniels, maybe like Lonzo Ball?

He is not in the lottery for some of the draft board I read.

I watched AJ Griffin again today. This guy is way too good to not go top 5. Better prospect than Banchero if scouts wanna keep it real.

Very solid option to take over the stupid minutes svi still gets. He's 6'5 with a 6'10 wingspan those are elite measurables for a guard and his shooting has been historic he's like a shooting guard og from three and his relocation to get those threes is elite imo. The stls numbers is my only concern but I def think he'll be above average on defence

Also I'm still praying max Christie stays in our range dude would be a lottery talent

I wonder if Keon Ellis is the better prospect. He only gets up one less 3 a game and while he's at 36% for his career and Agbaji 37.5 (and of course an amazing 47 this year), he's also an 80% FT guy to Agbaji's kinda ugly 70% and he's getting double the steals and 1.5 times the blocks and boards.

Based on our track record my guess is we go for one of the stronger or taller wings whose jumper is more of a question mark but we project as being good, like Beauchamp, Keels, Eason (who's an awful 3pt shooter but is hitting 80% from the line and has great overall numbers).

Beauchamp reminds me of RHJ. Do not want to use a 1st pick on someone can get for the MLE.

Totally agree. I don't think there's much value difference from say 7-16 per say.

AJ Griffin is firmly playing himself out of our draft range. Real happy for him . Max Christie also had a good game, I've been keeping tabs on Max as I think there's a good player in there with great measurements.

AJ Griffin likely plays himself into that top 5.

He looks like Jimmy Butler that can hit 3's around 40%. :o

Top 4: Banchero, Chet, Jabari Smith, Jaden Ivey

2nd 4: Jaden Hardy, Mathurin, Griffin, Murray

Rest of the Lottery: Johnny Davis, Duren, Dyson Daniels, Kendall Brown, Patrick Baldwin, ?

Nooooo, you guys are overdoing it. He had like 3 or 4 good games all season and he's the next Jimmy Butler? Let's compare to Strawther, the last game they had almost identical stats in 10 less min but nobody is talking about him (I don't want him either but just for making this point.), He averages like 3 3 pt shots a game, that's not much.

I know coming into this year he was a high prospect but he needs more.

.689 TS% 18.6 USG 8.5 OBPM 2.4 DBPM 11.0 BPM

those are his numbers for the season. He just needs to get more minutes.
