Anyone know why he was in street clothes tonight? I hope he gets a chance before his time runs out. In fact I hope we are keeping him around because a trade is pending that will open a spot.

Wilson was signed to a 2nd 10-day hardship contract because Yuta was still in H&S protocols, but Yuta ended up coming out of protocols a day or two later. With no players in H&S protocols the last 3 games, Wilson can't actually suit up for us -- which is why he has been in street clothes the last week.

Champagne such a reliable rebounder.

Not gonna lie it feels nice when our guys are crashing the O boards, watching other teams sulk from all those 2nd chance opportunities is a nice change. Just need iur guys to capitalize on it and need a bench who can score consistently while not sucking on defense.

If Lebron was traded to the Raps today, would that make us contenders?

Depends on for who. Let's say the deal is centered around Barnes (we'd never do it... I don't think) with a bunch of filler like Goran and who knows what else to make the salaries work. We retain the core of Pascal, Fred, OG, and Gary, I think we're contenders for sure with Bron, as long as he's committed to playing defense.

Actually my daughter asked me a similar question, asking if we added Lebron to the current team, and I thought we would be
for sure.

Man.....Justin seems to have such an ability to track the ball. I know everyone has said that.....but y'know how as the viewer we can see if shots are long or short or left or right? Justin seems to sense that from the floor. It's really something.

Rebounding is all effort. He’s doing what it takes to stay on the floor but it’s nothing special if that’s all he can do.

Lol form means nothing without the results. His college and nba %’s speak for themselves he’s never been a shooter. Nobody wants a 6’6 rebounding specialist this isnt 2005 where you can get away with brutes. The starters deserve a better bench.

I came here to listen to all the complaining about Siakam’s 6 TO’s.

What a silly take.
Rebounding is one of the greatest skills a player can possess. The ability to win your team extra possessions is extremely important and always will be.
He's a great piece on the bench. A guy that plays his role well and will eventually develop a shot.

To suggest "form means nothing without results" is just dumb considering this is only his rookie season and he just started getting playing time.
He's clearly improving that aspect of his game and it's beginning to show.
Heck, OG shot 31% on 2.8 attempts from behind the arc in his sophomore season. Now look at him.
Justin shot 31% on 3.7 attempts from behind the arc in his sophomore season... so give him some time, I trust the Raptors development staff to maximize his potential as a shooter as they've done with OG.

Hating on Champagnie at this point is ridiculous. Dude's been the lone bright spot off the bench.

Ye the only ones that made big r the smart ones who know that Detroit rarely lose to raps and raps rarely lose to bucks. Made a bit over 2k from these 2 games

Trent and Dragic, throw him at C. Let Scottie run PG and Fred SG.

That might get us to the finals. I really dislike Lebron though.
