Yes he does, especially in the lower body. He needs to hit the weight room and work on his shot - for me those should be his two main priorities.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

He's working on good offensive things. Love to see him in the weight room too?

What gym is that?
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Precious is on his way. Impressive stat:

After the All-Star break he shot 39.2% from deep on 3.9 attempts per game, which was up from 30.5% on 1.2 attempts pre All-Star.

Yeah Precious Barnes and Banton are the Key to "internal growth" I've given up on Flynn unfortunately ideally you use him and Birch as trade bait

He is in Brampton

Cool, I wondered if he's probably the only Raptor still in GTA after the season. So there's one of those Playground gyms in Scarborough and Brampton? I should have read more fully, kind of just skimmed. Great last video with Precious. You could actually have the Canadian Raptors, other NBA Canadians, and maybe some other Raps stick around for a Rico run North, if the right coach was available. Earl Watson maybe.

There is most likely a plan for each one laid out by several people. Someone like Barnes needs more time off due to the load carried during the season than someone like Banton who didn't play much in the NBA.

Our season ended like a week ago and the next season is 5-6 months away.

I understand and I don't mean intense workout. I do feel that young guys like Barnes will be able to recover/heal much faster than guys like Fred due to their NBA mileage.

My lil bro worked with that coach. Really focuses on footwork and ball control in the paint as well as shooting mechanics. He knows what he’s doing.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

Oshawa has a chance. Brampton was already doomed from the start from whoever named it Brampton

Oshawa has really evolved and become a really good place. It's 2022 not 2010.

You're right about Brampton though. It's devolving year by year lol.

The real question though: how many from those 3 pages, actually own some real estate?

Oshawa is so far out there I don't even know why you guys are talking about it. At least the Brampton slander sorta makes sense since it's part of the gta.

edit: Apparently Oshawa is part of the gta. Okay, never been there in my life.
