Couple of guys got called up last year from the CBEL to the NBA. Xavier Moon, jamario moons nephew I believe, made it onto LAC / The bucks called up someone too

I mean him signing in the CEBL is a strong sign he is ramping up for a return to the Raptors. At the very least it gives a strong indication that he wants to return to Toronto, and at best, this was proposed behind closed doors for him to stay close to the team prior to sorting out the legal side.

ya no doubt. he's commiting his time to be with the Raptors or at least thats what both sides want possibly. all signs point to it. if the Raptors didn't want him back, he wouldn't be playing in this league. lol

Jalen could be literally anywhere in the world right now. He could be playing in the Drew League or working out in South Beach.

Yes he is definitely still on the Raptors radar and appropriately so. The Raptors organization know more about the situation than a bunch of dudes on RealGM...and if there was any evidence of Jalen being a meth head or coke addict, he wouldn't be in Toronto right now. They probably have the toxicology results in front of them and know exactly what Jalen was banned for.

Like I said...Jalen seems like a good and humble kid and made a mistake.
