I love his pump-fake one dribble and shoot from 2 feet from where he was pump-faking. His highlight reels are full of that sequence. It reminds me a lot of Reggie Miller. He doesn't see the defenders at all. It's just him and the rim.

He can play and could surprise us. So that's all good.

Was hoping for a higher ceiling player but I can't criticise them for going for projects and then get upset when they opt for a guy with some clear abilities.

Whitmore and Kobe didn't impress me that much, I thought Kris Murray looked like a good value pick later in the first round. Prosper also looked promising.

Think he will be a solid contributor. A bit concerned about the D. Excited to see him and Barnes working off each other. They both seem to have pretty good basketball IQs.

I love the pick. I couldn't believe he was still there at 13 and I was literally praying for us to take him or Bufkin, but low key expecting to hear "The Raptors select Olivier Maxence Prosper". Gradey was one of my favorite college players this season. I think people are sadly mistaken if they think that he's just going to be a 3 point specialist. Look at his college numbers next to Klay and they're nearly identical, and then give Gradey a bit of a bump for playing in the best conference in the NCAA.

good pick. Great shooter off the catch and movement. I think people will be surprised by his team defense, but he will get targeted on switches so get used to that. He has to develop the side step 3s because he's more likely to step in for a midranger right now and he will have to speed up the release.
He will play some 2/3 and eventually 4 once he puts on weight. I will be surprised if he doesn't play 10+ years in this league.
