Definitely will likely be a lull for a while, until 30 days have passed on most rookie contracts so they can be traded.

I feel like we may still get Ayo Dosunmu. Seems like the Bulls have moved on and we would be a good partner.

Honestly, I am a fan of his since college. Better than what we had in Banton and Flynn and can play as a SG. Ayo will fit well with OG. To me they seem like similar personalities.
According to Jason and Dan Bernstein on Audacy’s “Organizations Win Championships” podcast, it is now increasingly “unlikely” that Ayo Dosunmu will return to the Bulls next season.

Why lock up a trade rumour thread? We literally made the biggest trade in franchise history on exactly this day years ago. There are still potentially three huge trades before training camp still to happen.

I'm going to just go ahead and make a guarantee that Ayo Dosunmo is a Raptor. Solid move by Masai. But when this team has a mediocre record in December I'll be expecting a blockbuster trade

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think we can just sign Ayo outright so it would have to be a sign and trade?

Ayo situation kind of like Banton. Hometown kid moving on. Jevon Carter was the end of Ayo.
Only way raptors get him is a sign and trade unless he signs for minimum.
Ayo for Flynn could work straight up as long as the first year isn’t starting at more than $7.6m (200% of Flynn $3.8).

I’m joking about the Lock ‘er up part. But looking at how Masai has operated over the last 4 years we are likely finished.

I think they can pull his QO & make him a UFA, or they can SnT to us on a 3yr deal but only the 1st yr guaranteed, 2nd yr TO 3rd yr PO & we send a future 2nd or something
