I actually think Chicago would consider trading straight up for Pascal. I think they want to remain competitive. teaming up demar and Pascal is something I think they would be interested in.

Keyword is "expected" here, so it sounds mostly like speculation. I don't want a tax team with Scottie/OG/Pascal/Lavine and very little depth.

The FO generally avoids the tax, so not expecting them to go for Lavine with Trent + Gradey + filler. Hard no if we need to include picks which CHI would ask for.

I could see a chance of us swapping Lavine for Pascal IF all Pascal trade offers suck AND we cannot get a Pascal extension done.

Quadruple down, get Lavine without giving up anyone of value.

Lavine, OG, Barnes, Siakam, Poeltl

Pelton and Lowe said the price for us would probably be GTJ, Thad, Boucher and a pick.

I was also surprised because I don't see how we can afford Lavine, OG, Siakam and Scottie once he gets his extension. So would assume we would then trade Siakam for depth to rebuild the bench.

Probably not and that point the pulls are just pulling the plug are rebuilding. They finally have their picks back from that terrible trade for Vucevic. Probably something like GTJ/Thad/Boucher as salary fillers and 2 first round picks.
