I think it can be a deal that helps both teams given the roster compositions of both teams, pre and post trade.
But it makes us better, and that's all that matters to me.

It's only 2 games. Both teams got what they wanted, I don't know what you mean by fleeced. This isn't like the Bargnani trade.

It is a wonderful thing. I don’t think it was a fleecing. Win win. But a team rarely gets to point where they need a trade as badly as we did.

It's fleeced because the collective return for what we got was better. Og is a solid player, but we got 2 solid players for the price of one, both young with ipside but fit our team already anf make us better already. Plus we dumped the worst player in the nba.

Og helps the knicks, but he's not taking them over the top. If we paid og what he wanted it would've been a mistake for what he does for our team. Barrett alone does things og can only ever dream about. I'm glad new yoek is happy, but on talent this was a steal for us.

Fleeced? No. Fleeced was trading Bargnani for a top 10 pick.
This trade helps us, and the Knicks. Who got the best player in the deal will be decided in 2-3 years probably. They needed OG more than IQ, and we were the opposite.

It's been two games since the trade, and we've beaten two mid teams and are about to go on a lengthy road trip. This team still needs a lot of work

New York is looking to add a big name sooner rather than later, and when Mitchell or whoever comes, OG is the perfect player you need to pair up with a guy like that.

We needed more people who could initiate offense and dribble because Barnes and Siakam might be decent for bigger bodied guys, but Kyrie Irving they are not. It allows both of them to be more selective when and where they initiate offense.

Both teams won. Different teams have different styles which need different players.

I'm no longer sleeping through games. This was a good trade for both teams.

Hes the best pure defender since artest.

He is incredibly elite. Not solid.

Great defender becomes solid player because that’s how limited he is offensively. You can keep talking about how great is defense is all you want I never denied it. He’s not worth investing in long term unless your team is already stacked with stars and competing for a championship. Marcus smart was dpoy for the Celtics, they traded him, are still great, and he looks like **** now. I’m happy with the trade and I have no concern about debating the merits of og anunlby. I know who he is and will contend we won the trade.
