I noticed Raptors fans don't like voting for their players anymore....they were obsessed during the Lowry/Demar days.
Now Siakam and Barnes won't even show up on the list.
How are they letting Kyle Kuzma get more votes than Barnes

Kuz and Bridges getting more votes than Scottie is a failure on our fan base.
Hopefully Scottie takes it personally and takes it up a notch

I'm guilty of not voting after voting a ton during the Lowry/Derozan era. If you know your guys aren't sniffing top 3 territory, it feels pointless.
As for Kuzma, don't overlook the ex-Laker / fashionista bump.

To be fair back in the Lowry/Demar days voting was as easy as a Google search, no need for an NBA account
They made it harder now

East Front Court is wild, maybe I’m being a Homer but I think Scottie should be up there over Bridges, Kuzma and Porzingis.

We had a terrible record in the month of December which basically sucked out all the initial all-star hype for Scottie unfortunately.
I really like Haliburton but I didn't know he was that popular...dude got almost the same number of votes as Steph...that's wild.
Also nuts how KD, Tatum, and Embiid still get more votes than Jokic. As amazing as Jokic is, it's like he still needs another MVP or a chip to solidify himself as the league's premier player right now.

If you go by basketball reference's position estimate, Scottie has spent 55% at G and 46% at F.

The team needs to win more for further fan interest. I'm not voting for any of these bums unless we start putting together a big win streak.

SGA not being a starter is hilariously bad.

We have some fans who has been saying “our team sucks so we don’t deserve an all star”. Meanwhile LaMelo, Kuz, and Demar are getting votes. Hell Lakers fans are voting Reaves and Warriors fans are voting Klay who’s washed
You guys need to be homers. Who cares if the team record isn’t good? We need to support our guys. This is pathetic

Agreed, but Steph and Luka are too popular and the West is stacked with guards (Steph, Luka, Harden, Kyrie, Edwards, Fox). Shai would start if he was in the East.
Crazy how few votes Edwards got considering how exciting he is too watch and how good the Wolves are doing.

Can't really blame our fans. Our team was complete ass until two games ago. Nobody was excited about our future. Hopefully things will pick up now. It's important for Scottie to feel valued as we don't want him to feel ignored playing in Canada. Let's go Raps' fans!

Demar and Lamelo are just more popular in the US and have name recognition compared to a younger guy like Barnes right now so I'm not surprised they got some votes.
I agree though, no reason why Barnes shouldn't have been in the top 10.

We need Unbox Therapy to give some phones away to vote Scottie in.

The west starters are pretty much already decided based on the vote count.
Jokic
KD
Lebron
Doncic
Curry
the east starters are pretty much a lock as well (maybe Trae catches Lillard but I doubt it)
Embiid
Giannis
Tatum
Haliburton
Lillard

Just voted for Scottie. Interest in the raps is down cause the team is (was?!) bad but Scottie deserves to be on that list. Lmao at kuzma omg.

“Canada’s” Team can’t get enough votes to get our player in the top ten? Makes sense.
