raptors 2nd in league in assists per game.
something is something, but 30 assists per game * 20$ * 82 games = $49,200 for the year.

How's he not a good coach though? What is it about his schemes that you think he should be doing differently? Or is it something else?

It's a nice gesture...the total will be around $40,000 if we average 25 assists a game.

It's only about $40-45k...not that much considering he likely makes at least $2-3 million a year.

it actually is a decent chunk of a change after taxes and agent % gets taken out. if he's walking home with $1 mil after all that then $40K is 4% of your salary.

Right but he gets 50% of his donation back as a charitable tax credit so in reality he is only paying 20-25k.

If he pulls $1 million after all taxes and fees I'm not sure that 20-25k is going to kill him, haha.

Darko is a good guy and wants to be charitable.

After the pizza fiasco, he is smart enough to donate based on assists and not wins.

That is pretty cool

Man, I’m a pretty cynical person, but some of the tales here are hard to read…even for me

Sometimes a good deed or a good intention is just that

more like all of it is tax write offs,
set up a corporation or LLC to receive their income, which can provide some tax benefits. They may also take advantage of deductions and credits that are available to self-employed individuals.
