Both of these teams look old and slow
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

I can’t believe dudes still question Nurse. He’s easily a top 5 coach in the NBA.

That's why you never know and play to win games...now the Bulls might just make the playoffs with Butler out..to play the Celtics(just great, isnt it?!)...if it wasn't for the Injuries, it could have easily been us in that position which would have been much better FO to judge IQ before handing him a big contract

In first half some were saying Spo was outcoaching him, guess he fixed things at halftime

If Butler does not play on one leg, the Heat could have won and the narrative would've changed. Even with Butler on one leg, had the refs called the push on the backcourt violation, Heat could have been in control.

Regardless, Nurse's excuse is that Embiid is not healthy. Let's see how he fares against the Knicks.

My real beef with Nurse was last year's playin. That loss was on his 4th Qtr lack of adjustment as much as it was on players FT choking.

Nurse got us to the playin with that bum ass roster. At end of the day Phil Jackson can’t do much if your team misses 18 FTs at home.

He made no adjustment on Lavine.
I think Nurse was probably checked out... But we did not know for sure at the time.

18 missed FTs is comically bad. I can’t remember the last time that’s happened.

Sucks that Jimmy is done, Celtics dodged a massive bullet with that one...the EC Playoffs would've been a lot more interesting if the Heat either wore BOS down or out. Low key this might be the start of MIA's downfall if they don't pull off a miracle trade for Dame or something when MIL inevitably gets waxed.

But Jimmy is now 34+ and he's struggled with injuries quite a bit. Of course as he's going over that hill, those start piling up more & more especially given how physical Butler's style of play is. If MIA can't strike next year, they won't ever during Jimmy's time there. It's still crazy that PHI chose Tobias over him. To think what could've been for the Sixers if they just didn't cheap out on giving JB the extra year he wanted at the time.

I'd hate to be a Bulls' fan...they are seriously stuck in No Man's Land right now.

They should've traded their vets for whatever but now they should just let them walk and tank for one of Flagg, Bailey or Malauch.

If the Bulls rebuilt when they should have they'd probably still in the play in but with a younger squad.

Side note. So glad we got rid of DeRozan he's the definition of addition by subtraction.

Bulls were a good team with Lonzo

Too bad what happened. He fit them nice

Return to Toronto Raptors
