Good for Memphis. And actually a nice forward looking move for Houston too. Makes sense. I guess the price for Robert Williams was just too much for an injured guy.

Isn’t Oladipo too? This is basically just trading dead weight for each other for contractual purposes lol

They're both done for the year, and Memphis gets 3x 2nds out of this.

Basically Memphis gets off next year and Houston gets backup vet on expiring for next year for cheap.

Seems Memphis also saves 3 million this year (probably to get under the tax)

Adams was such a big part of why the Grizz were so good last year. Gonna be interesting to see how they replace him next year.

JJJ as the 4 and a big C like Adams in the middle was so hard to play against. But maybe they'll keep going with JJJ as the 5.

And he was really good in that time. It wasn't an accident that they got really good after acquiring him. He set some killer screens for Ja and everyone else there. Was also a great offensive rebounder for them.
